Establishing professional practice: Developing graduate attributes through active feedback in experiential settings

This presentation outlines the use of an active feedback approach to increase the impact of an experiential teaching opportunity. The teaching was a consultancy project for MBA students which required students to engage with real clients on real challenges and provide insights, recommendations and new perspectives. This activity was designed to enhance the initial client meeting.
